Funeral report for Mrs. Ellen Murphy, buried yesterday (26 Aug 1935) in Holy Cross cemetery. Requiem high mass at St. Patrick's church; body taken from the Colonial room of Duggan's Merrill mortuary. Clergy: Rev. Everett Shea (celebrant), Rev. Edward Moran (deacon), Rev. R. V. Cavanaugh (sub-deacon); Rev. M. M. English, Rev. J. M. Nolan, and Rev. M. J. Leonard in the sanctuary. Arthur Drynan and Mrs. James Cummins, accompanied by Miss Margaret McHale, sang the responses. Rev. J. M. Venus officiated at the cemetery. Pallbearers: Judge J. J. Lynch, Lou Wilson, James M. Brown, Phil Sullivan, Frank J. Feeney, and John P. Hogan.
