# An Enthusiastic Campaign. Mr. William H. Maloney, the democratic nominee for mayor; Mr. Neal A. Ward, democratic candidate for city treasurer, and Judge P. J. Whitty, democratic nominee for police magistrate, had a democratic city ticket that deserves the support of all united to vote here at the coming city election. Mr. Maloney is an energetic, forceful and able man who has the confidence of the people. Mr. Ward is the present city treasurer of Butte and has made a splendid record in that office. Judge Whitty also deserves another term in the office of police magistrate, for his official record proves that. The democratic aldermanic ticket likewise is splendid, it being: First Ward, Mr. Peter J. Cavanaugh; Second Ward, Mr. P. T. "Tish" Maloney; Third Ward, John Hanratty; Fourth Ward, Mr. Stephen Fletcher; Fifth Ward, Mr. George Burgman; Sixth Ward, Mr. Arthur V. Corry; Seventh Ward, Mr. Charles Hennan; Eighth Ward, Mr. J. J.
