Small lake in the Butte-Anaconda corridor; winter ice-hockey and skating venue. Hosted the first-ever Butte-Anaconda intercity ice hockey tournament in February 1923 (see 1923-02-01_anaconda-standard_avoca-hockey-tournament-first- in-state). The Murphy-Softley youth hockey team played its early games here from 1920.
