Per Butte Miner 15 Aug 1912 page 7: Walkerville-resident mine worker; his (unnamed) brother filed an insanity complaint against him over not working / acting "peculiar"; Judge Donlan dismissed when Under-Sheriff Mike Murray found Lyne "rustling a job" at the mines. Plausibly a younger brother of Patrick Lyne (b. 1872 Gurtavallig Tuosist Kerry, JJM's 1909 AOH sentinel partner) and son of Christopher Lyne Sr. (d. 1887 NY, m. Mary Shea). Naming-recursion Christopher Sr. → Christopher Jr. is standard. Walkerville residence + miner occupation common to Patrick Lyne and his Butte Lyne cousins.
